Dates: January 2015 - August 2015

Summary: I conducted social media data analysis and visualization for clients that use the Boston University College of Communication's data lab using TCAT, Excel, Stata, and Gephi. By generating actionable insights from data, I helped media client NECIR optiize breaking news stories and grow 1,000+ social media followers by identifying key topic influencers and online networks. Besides scoping and executing client projects, I also edited a manuscript published in the International Journal of Communication, "Anti-Austerity in the Euro Crisis" and presented at technology conference OSCON.
